Justin Bieber slicked back his new dark hair, threw a blue moto jacket and looked stunningly handsome on the red carpet of the NRJ Awards in France Jan. 28
Justin Bieber is sure growing up! The 17-year-old pop star arrived in Cannes in the French Riviera for the NRJ music awards, looking sexy and dressed up.
Last year, Justin won an award, and tonight he won Artist of the Year and also performed. Other performers at the star-studded event include LMFAO, Coldpay and David Guetta.
Sadly, his girlfriend, , is on her world tour right now and won’t be able to support Justin while he’s in France.
